Bump isn't connecting?
Both phones need Hitokoe open on the Bump screen, with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on, and the Local Network permission allowed (iOS Settings → Hitokoe). Hold the phones close together.

Where is my data?
Only on your phone. Use Settings → Back up to save a zip copy to Files or iCloud Drive, and Restore to bring it back on a new phone.

The Pulse can't find my friend?
Both of you must open the same meet up (same code) and be within Bluetooth range (roughly the same venue). Keep the app in the foreground while finding.
