Hitokoe is a brick phone inside your phone: games, a camera, a pager, and a phone book of the people you have met. What you make stays on your iPhone. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising networks. A small server of ours, hosted by Cloudflare, helps with a few things, described below. What passes through it is either sealed so that we cannot read it, or tied to no one.
Like any internet service, our host Cloudflare sees your device's IP address when the app connects, and handles it under its own privacy policy. We keep no logs and do not use it to identify you.
Connecting side by side, and the games two phones play together, go directly between the two phones, over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and do not pass through our server.
Reporting someone does not go through our server: Report on a person's page opens your Mail app with an email to us carrying their Hitokoe number, and nothing is sent unless you send it.
Each is asked for only when the feature that needs it is used.
You can export a backup yourself with the share sheet. It holds the people you have added, your Album and your PBs, but not your coins, the apps you bought, or your letters. Where you save it is your choice; we never receive it. The file is not encrypted and includes the keys to your letters, so keep it somewhere private.
Sponsor in Settings is an in-app purchase made through Apple. Apple handles the payment under its own privacy policy; we receive no payment details and no personal data from it — only what the App Store tells the app, which level you bought. The app keeps that on your phone and shows its ひ on your face, and your friends see the mark when you add or connect with them.
We do not sell or share personal data. Cloudflare runs our server for us, and Apple handles in-app purchases. Links you open (for example, our Instagram) hand off to that app or website, under its own privacy policy.
Remove a person in Contacts (their pictures go too), or delete the app to remove everything Hitokoe stored on your phone. Nothing on our server is tied to you: sealed cards and envelopes are gone once collected, or when they expire.
Hitokoe is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone.

Báo cáo một người không đi qua máy chủ: nút Báo cáo trên trang một người mở app Mail với một email gửi chúng tôi, kèm số Hitokoe của họ; bạn không gửi thì không có gì được gửi.

Bạn tự xuất bản sao lưu qua khung chia sẻ của iOS. Bản sao lưu gồm những người bạn đã thêm, Album và PB, nhưng không gồm xu, app đã mua hay thư. Lưu vào đâu là do bạn chọn; chúng tôi không bao giờ nhận được. Tệp không được mã hoá và có kèm khoá thư của bạn, nên hãy cất ở chỗ riêng tư.
Mục Ủng hộ trong Cài đặt là giao dịch mua trong app, thực hiện qua Apple. Apple xử lý thanh toán theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của họ; chúng tôi không nhận thông tin thanh toán hay dữ liệu cá nhân nào — chỉ có điều App Store báo cho app, là bạn đã mua mức nào. App giữ điều đó trên máy bạn, gắn dấu ひ lên gương mặt bạn, và bạn bè thấy dấu đó khi bạn thêm hoặc nối máy với họ.
Chúng tôi không bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân. Cloudflare vận hành máy chủ giúp chúng tôi, còn Apple xử lý các giao dịch mua trong app. Đường link bạn mở (ví dụ Instagram của chúng tôi) sẽ chuyển sang app hoặc trang đó, theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của họ.
Xoá một người trong Danh bạ (ảnh của họ cũng bị xoá), hoặc xoá app để xoá mọi thứ Hitokoe đã lưu trên máy. Trên máy chủ không có gì gắn với bạn: thẻ và phong bì đã niêm phong biến mất khi được nhận hoặc khi hết hạn.
Hitokoe là app cho mọi người và không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. App không thu thập thông tin cá nhân của bất kỳ ai.
